In in cheeks it can store high amounts of electricity that equals the power of a lighting bolt. Pikachu is very timid and uses his Thunder attack whenever it comes out of its pokeball.Pikachu hangs around with Jett (and where Jett got it is unknown) to keep him company or to create blackouts when Jett comands it to for kicks.
