Shoutbox Rules
Okay,so here are the shoutbox rules just to keep everything under control.

Shoutbox do's
1:You are more than welcomed to advertise you site on the shoutbox but please...no forums...
2:You may shoutout whatever you please like make fun of *insert random celebretie's name here*
3:You may change your name but please ask permission
4:The kind of spelling that everyone may understand :)

Shoutbox dont's:
1:Being offence to other people who post on the shoutbox
2:No other site hating
3:Impersonating other people ex. swiftblade:hi im swiftblade and my site sux!!1 Please don't do that...it's not cool...
4:Not too many profanities even though I have filters installed
5:No clever-like way of saying profanities to get through the filter

Now that you have read the rules above you will understand how the shoutbox will work now. If you put any bad commenting I will remove it. I din't mean to sound strict but those are the rules. Happy posting :)
